Return Policy.

You have 3-days from the time of receipt to contact the mercant for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense and you must provide tracking for your return.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please click the contact us tab and provide us with the reason for your return and your contact details. We will reply within 24-48 hours.


Damages and Issues:
Please be advised that rhinestone zippers are decorations only and should not be unzipped for any reason. Should you unzip, merchant is not responsible for damaged items.

All items will be inspected before being shipped out to customers. Please inspect your order upon recept and contact merchant immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Non-returnable Items:
Please be advised that clearance items, shoes, undergarments, gift cards, and accessories cannot be returned for exchange or merchandise credit for any reason. Please contact merchant if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds:
We do not offer return of payment, only exchange or store credit is available. If you require an exchange and the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a store credit.
